How to Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your CypherHunter account, please read the following information carefully:
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted after 90 days.
- During this 90-day period, your Email address cannot be used to create a new account.
- Data export is not supported.
- A confirmation Email will be sent to your verified email address after deletion is complete.
⚠️ Warning: All your data, including challenges, progress, and settings, will be lost permanently. This action cannot be undone.
If you have a Plus subscription, your account can only be deleted after your current billing cycle ends.
How to request account deletion
- Go to Dashboard - Security.
- Select Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
- Carefully review the information and confirm your request.
Once confirmed, the 90-day deletion period will begin.
