Where can I find invoices?


After you completed payment, we mail to the Email address you specified to receive invoices when creating your invoice, or Email address specified in the account profile.

Tips: If you don't see the Email in your inbox, make sure that you provide the correct Email address or check the junk/spam folder.

Invoices are also visible on the Billing page (https://www.cypherhunter.com/account/billing/ (opens in a new tab)).

  • Log in to CypherHunter
  • Click on the profile image in the upper right corner, then select "Billing"
  • Past invoices are visible in the Billing Information section.
  • Click the invoice number, check this invoice detail, click on "Download PDF" to view or download the invoice.

Tips: Invoices are only available on the desktop version of our platform.

The following limits apply to invoices:

  • CypherHunter billing cycles are Monthly or Annually. We cannot change invoice and billing dates.
  • Email address changes are immediately visible on your invoice.
  • We currently only accept payment using USDT (Polygon), so all invoices are in USDT. We cannot provide invoices in other currencies.

Can I have a refund?

We do not offer refunds. (Read more about refunds)

Can I have an extension on the due date of my bill?

We do not offer extensions.
