Why was my payment declined?
If you're trying to pay for the CypherHunter Plus subscription, and your payment was declined, CypherHunter will display an error message "Error processing your payment".
In that case, please make sure that no issues have occurred with your wallet, to ensure that your wallet is connected to the account.
Please make sure you have double-checked the following:
- Ensure you're using a network we accept for payments (Read more about payment networks).
- Check your wallet for errors, ensure that you have sufficient USDT and gas fee in this wallet.
- You approved USDT amount is not less than the cost of your selected plan.
After resolving any issues, try to submit the payment again.
